CMR
operates through a regional structure that is being expanded onto
a worldwide basis. Initially launched in the UK and Ireland,
where CMR operates through 14 regional centres, it is now expanding
into most developed countries.
Each CMR Region operates as a semi-autonomous business but under
the overall umbrella of CMR. A CMR Region effectively controls
and manages CMR's business within the defined territory. This
means the CMR Region handles the marketing, manages the client base
and controls its own projects. It draws on the central resources
of CMR in servicing its clients. Each CMR Region has a Regional
Director who reports to the CMR Board.
CMR regional members work as a
team, meeting often to discuss projects and to plan further business
development. Effectively CMR provides all the tools, resources
and skills, allowing its executive members to develop business on a
wide scale, and to provide small to medium-sized businesses with all
the help and support they need. By working with CMR's Special
Business Groups, regional members can also access the highly
technical and specialist services that enables them to deal with
companies having very particular high-level requirements.
CMR Full Members can select which
CMR Region they would like to join - they can also move to another
CMR Region at anytime.
Current CMR Regions are:
UK: London; South East; Mid South; South
West; East Anglia; Chiltern; Western; East Midlands; West Midlands;
Yorks & NE; North West; Scotland; Ireland. CMR Regions
are now being extended into most developed countries around the
world. |
