The Savill Garden (The Royal Landscape)
A CMR Executive introduced a project to develop a business plan for a visitor attraction garden near Windsor. The client – The Crown Estate – needed advice on future visitor potential and possible development / landscape restoration projects.

Paint distributor in terminal financial trouble - restructured and now highly profitable
UK-based auto paint distributor now making substantial losses and near to closing. CMR called-in, reviews situation and company strategy. Company has exceptionally high fixed costs and inventory levels - but these cannot be corrected as a going concern because of lease & redundancy cost liabilities. Company restructured through insolvency procedure - now very profitable and owners/shareholder's interests preserved.
